Rebecca Rolph - REU 2011 (NSF 0844394)
Project: Pier time series. Becca is part of an effort carry out a summer time series from the Scripps pier. She will be working with several other students to sample a variety of properties using both sensors and discrete bottles. Becca's speciality will be dissolved oxygen titrations.
Melinda Lopez - REU 2011 (NSF CCE LTER)
Project: Sensor development.
Melinda is working on programming the SeapHOx controller for some additional functionalities. In the process, she will help to construct several sensors and participate in a local sensor deployment
Roberto Chen - Lab assistant 2009-2010
Project: Sensor housing design, Solidworks, sensor construction. Roberto worked with us for almost two years while completing his degree in Aeronautical Engineering at UCSD.
